Frequently asked questions

What can I actually white label in FuseBase?

White labeling substitutes your own branding for FuseBase branding in the spaces your team and clients open. You can set an organization logo, brand public pages, style shared links with your own domain, and hide parts of the web client you do not want displayed. Options vary by account type, so check what your plan includes.

Can invitations and notifications come from our own email address?

Yes. With custom SMTP, you connect your mail server so FuseBase messages come from your address rather than a generic sender. That keeps the email consistent with the branding clients already see on your pages.

Can I add analytics or third party widgets to public pages?

Public pages accept custom scripts, so you can add Google Analytics to measure traffic, place a VideoAsk widget, or run a call to action through Convertflow. HTML and JS injection is documented for Business and Teams accounts. You remain responsible for what any script you add collects and displays.

How do I hide parts of the interface my clients do not need?

You can hide specific sections of the web client so invited people see what is relevant to their work with you. This gives clients a focused experience under your brand instead of a full product menu. You decide which sections remain visible to each group.

If AI drafts our content, how do we keep it on brand?

AI assistants can create and edit pages, but you control the branding: your logo, public page styling, and sending address. You also decide which spaces an assistant may access and whether a person must approve its output before anyone outside your team sees it.

What is the kitchen and dining room idea?

The kitchen is where your team works; the dining room is what the guest sees. They are different experiences with different permissions, but part of one operation. FuseBase connects the two instead of attaching a portal to a separate workspace.

Do we have to move everything off our current tools?

No. FuseBase can build on the tools you already use without requiring a migration first. A common starting point is to add a client-facing layer to an existing internal setup, connect the two, and move more only when it pays off.

What changes as AI takes on more of this work?

The portal becomes more than a filing cabinet: work can happen there between visits. The useful question becomes which parts of your process you want to delegate and which decisions you still want to approve yourself.

Can we put the portal on our own domain?

Yes. A custom domain lets the portal live at an address owned by your business. Availability depends on your plan, so confirm it for your account before promising it to a client.
