What does "Powered by Paperclip" mean?
The coordination layer is paperclip. It dictates tasks to your AI colleagues, maintains their instructions straight, and gets work through the next step. FuseBase is all that surrounds it: the hosting, your business situation, what tools you already have in place, and the client portal you land the completed work.
So, Paperclip manages the team and FuseBase provides that team with a place to work and a way to communicate with your clients. Together, they allow you to pass on a repeatable job, and receive a usable one back, without having to re-create the process each time.
How is this different from a one-off AI conversation?
A chat opens each time, and closes with the tab. A coworker doesn't. It maintains a role, retains its instructions, and stays linked to the same knowledge, tools and client records in all the tasks it is assigned.
One prompt answers one question. A colleague can also borrow a goal, divide it into tasks and complete them as other colleagues do the same with their tasks. Once you establish the job, it continues to run next week, the week after that, and you do not have to explain again, or copy-paste context.
Should I sanction all actions?
No, and you would not likely want to. You determine which tasks do not need attention and those that pause to be attended to by a human. Common preparation, report generation, research collection, writing a follow-up may be automatic. Anything that is client-facing, or concerns money or promises, can be set to need review.
Regulations are yours. You can loosen or tighten them according to coworker, according to clients or according to type of tasks. And when something is not acting the way, you expected it to, you alter the permission and it takes effect on the next task onwards.
Is it necessary to relocate everything we do to FuseBase?
