Overview

What this template supports

A verified field progress update for a general contractor's superintendent and the owner's representative, prepared by the specialty contractor's project manager from counted quantities. It shows each milestone by verified count, compares field estimates with counts, states the verification rule, and explains the held second-floor piping milestone with a look-ahead. Three live Dashboards blocks show the measures, the estimate-versus-count chart and a summary.

  • Progress bar per milestone
  • Live measures row
  • Estimate versus verified count chart
  • Milestone table with verification source
  • Verification rule definition list
  • Held-milestone callout and look-ahead steps

How to use this template

  • Count the work

Take counted quantities from the accepted daily reports or a walk with the site superintendent for each milestone.

  • Compare with the field estimate

Mark a milestone verified when the count and the estimate agree or the difference is explained, and hold it when they do not.

  • Publish and name the held items

Send only verified milestones and name each held one with the reason and the date it will be settled.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the held milestone shown at 52 percent?

52 percent is the count of hangers and welded joints. It is shown so the gap is visible, but it is not the published figure until the reconciliation is done.

When does a drafted milestone become verified?

When a count has been checked against the daily reports and approved by the project manager.

What does Verified field progress update help me do?

Report each milestone from verified counts rather than foreman estimates, mark the one held, and explain why second-floor piping reads 52 percent and not 60.

Who reads and maintains this page?

Brackenhurst superintendent and owner's representative; prepared by the Ironvale project manager from the verified count. The project operations manager reviews it.

When is the page ready to share with the client?

Sent only after every milestone shown as verified has a count and a source, and every held milestone has a reason and a date.

What do visitors see in the public link?

The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
