Overview
What this template supports
A response review for a general contractor's project manager and the design team, prepared weekly by the specialty contractor's project engineer. It counts answered and pending items, shows business days waiting, names the court each item sits in, and sets out the response window rules with a gantt of pending items. Three live Dashboards blocks show waiting days, submittal states and the answered count.
- Stats row of answered, pending and past the window
- Live business days waiting chart
- Pending items table with court
- Response window definition list
- Past-window danger callout
- Gantt of pending responses

Write the next actions
Give each item past the window an owner and a date before the next look-ahead meeting.
Frequently asked questions
Why does a resubmitted revision restart the count?
Because the reviewer receives a new document. The count on the air handling unit is for revision 2, submitted Sep 9.
Does an emailed answer stop the clock?
No. Only a response returned through the record stops the clock and counts as a field instruction.
What does Submittal and RFI response review help me do?
Review every pending submittal and open RFI against the 10 business day window, name whose court each sits in, and get the air handling unit at revision 2 answered.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Brackenhurst project manager and the design team; prepared by the Ironvale project engineer weekly. The project manager reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Sent only after every item past the window has a named court, a consequence and an ask, and the live blocks point at the client's own data.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
