Overview
What this template supports
A sponsor action list for a corporate training provider and its client. It shows the six client-owned actions with owner, status, days open and needed-by date, calls out the oldest open action with its consequence, and traces how an action closes. Live Dashboards blocks show the done count and the actions table with sample data.
- Live done-of-total block at the top
- Actions table with owners, days open and status badges
- Oldest-action danger callout
- Person rows for each owner
- Flowchart of how an action closes
- Next dates steps
How to use this template
-
List only the actions the client owns
Add each decision, release or assignment that only the client can make, with one owner and a needed-by date.
-
Count the days open on a fixed weekday
Count calendar days from the day each request was sent, and mark an action done only when the result is on the cohort record.
-
Name the oldest action and the next dates
Write the cause and the consequence for the action open longest, then list the next dates with owners before the next module.
Frequently asked questions
When does an action count as closed?
When the owner has done it and the result is on the cohort record. A statement that it is in hand keeps the days open counting.
What if an action has no owner at the client?
The provider asks the client head of learning to name one. The days open keep counting until an owner is named and a date is set.
What does Sponsor action list help me do?
List the actions only the client can take, each with an owner, a date and the days open, so the client sees what is theirs without a status email.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Client head of learning and hotel general managers. The client head of learning reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Shared only after every open action has one owner and a needed-by date.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
