-
Log each question with its revision
Enter the question, the RFQ, the drawing revision letter it was asked on, the source and the person who owes the answer.

-
Close each question
Record the engineering response and the customer decision, then mark the question incorporated into the quote inputs.
Frequently asked questions
What happens to a question when the revision changes?
It is marked superseded and asked again on the new revision, keeping the age of the original so the wait stays visible.
Who accepts a new revision?
The manufacturer's authorized engineering reviewer. A drawing sent to a salesperson is logged but does not set the accepted revision until it is accepted.
What does Specification question log help me do?
Keep every specification question on one log with its drawing revision and owner, so open questions are decided and every quote is built on the accepted revision.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Tarrow design engineer and Keelson manufacturing engineer; prepared by the Keelson quoting engineer. The vice president of engineering reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Shared with the customer only after every open question shows its revision letter, owner and due date, and the live blocks point at the customer's own data.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
