Who approves price and capacity?
The authorized engineering and commercial reviewer named on the sheet. The sheet records the approval and never sets the price.
Why is the tooling cost a separate line?
A cost that sits only in a workbook note cannot be seen by the approver. A separate line with an amount and an approver can.

No. It is an internal page kept by the quoting engineer. Used internally only; no quote is issued until each exception line names its approver and the valid-until date is set.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
