Overview

What this template supports

A sponsor review for a training program, built from one record for the client head of learning ahead of a renewal discussion. It shows the headline figures, attendance by cohort and by hotel, a table separating what is measured from what is not, and a callout that marks retention as not measured. Live Dashboards blocks show a KPI row, attendance by cohort and a hotels scatter with sample data.

  • Live KPI row from the Dashboards app
  • What happened definition list
  • Live attendance by cohort and hotels scatter
  • Measured versus not measured table
  • Retention-not-measured callout
  • Questions for next year task list with owners and dates

How to use this template

  • Pull the program period from the learner and action records

Count learners on track, average attendance, completions against the rule and sponsor actions done, for the same first and last date.

  • Mark every measure as measured, not due yet or not measured

Write what the record shows and what it cannot say. Leave a measure with no data as not measured, without an estimate or a trend.

  • List the questions for next year

Add each open question with an owner and a date, including which data the client can share, before the review goes to the sponsor.

Frequently asked questions

Why is retention marked as not measured?

The program record holds no retention data for the client. The review shows the measured results and names the gap instead of estimating a number.

Can the review say the program changed manager retention?

No. It reports attendance, assignments and completions. A link to retention needs data the client agrees to share, and even then it would not show cause.

What does Program sponsor review help me do?

Review the program period from one record of attendance, assignments and completions, and mark what is not measured instead of estimating it.

Who reads and maintains this page?

Client head of learning and development. The client head of learning and development reviews it.

When is the page ready to share with the client?

Sent only after every figure matches the learner and action records and every unmeasured item is marked as such.

What do visitors see in the public link?

The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
