How to use this template

  • Refresh the approved sources

List each open order with its last authorized commitment, approved milestones and the current production date.

  • Review the exceptions

Disclose each confirmed exception with its cause, and hold any order whose system date and committed date differ until a named person decides.

  • Publish the status

Approve the status, publish it to the customer with the exceptions shown, and filter the embedded view to that customer.

Frequently asked questions

Why is the system date not published as a commitment?

The system date can move for internal reasons such as a machine reassignment. A commitment changes only when an authorized person decides it should.

Who decides a changed delivery date?

The manufacturer's authorized reviewer decides which date is supportable, and the customer decides whether to accept a delivery date change.

What does Open order commitment status help me do?

Publish the committed date for each open order from the last authorized commitment, disclose confirmed exceptions, and resolve the order whose dates differ by nine days.

Who reads and maintains this page?

Tarrow planner and buyer; prepared by the Keelson customer service lead from approved sources. The vice president of engineering reviews it.

When is the page ready to share with the client?

Shared with the customer only after each exception is disclosed with its cause, every order whose dates differ has a named decision owner, and the embedded view is filtered to the customer.

What do visitors see in the public link?

The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The embedded Inventory, purchase orders and supply exceptions view and the live Dashboards blocks are separate items that need FuseBase sign-in and workspace access, so a visitor without access does not see their live records.
