What this template supports
A monthly value review for a client sponsor and finance lead. It sets each claimed benefit beside its baseline and latest measure, shows out-of-stocks by store group and labor hours by store with live Dashboards blocks, and states plainly the benefit that has no baseline. It lists the work completed in the month and the priorities for the next month with owners and dates.
- Claimed benefits table with baseline and latest
- Live out-of-stock KPI, store group and labor by store blocks
- Not-yet-measurable warning callout
- Completed work steps
- Priorities for next month checklist
How to use this template
-
Pull the baselines and latest measures
List each claimed benefit with the baseline agreed at kickoff, its date, the latest measure and the week it covers.
-
Note what else changed
Record anything that changed in the same weeks, so a measured change is reported as observed and not attributed.
-
Name the gaps and set priorities
Show any benefit with no baseline as not yet measurable, list the work completed, and propose priorities with owners and dates for the sponsor to confirm.
Frequently asked questions
Why is shrink shown with no result?
Its baseline was never agreed, so there is nothing to measure against. The review says so and names the step that fixes it.
Does the review claim the rules caused the change?
No. It reports the observed change in the pilot stores and notes that a supplier change landed in the same weeks.
What does Monthly value review help me do?
Show the sponsor what changed against the baselines agreed at kickoff, with each benefit beside its baseline and the benefit that cannot be measured yet named.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Client COO and finance lead. The client coo (sponsor) reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Sent only after every benefit matches its baseline and latest measure, and each gap and priority has an owner and a date.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
