What this template supports

A client-visible chase list for the bookkeepers and the owner's office manager of a multi-entity group. It counts the items requested for the close, shows what is accepted, rejected or still owed by entity, names the sender and due date of each outstanding item, and explains each rejection. It also supplies the request-to-acceptance sequence, resend steps and a deadline checklist.

  • Stats row of requested, accepted, rejected and outstanding
  • Live accepted-items and status blocks
  • Outstanding items table by entity and sender
  • Median days by entity block
  • Rejection reasons list
  • Request to acceptance sequence diagram

  • Name the oldest item

Call out the item that has waited longest, with its sender, what it holds up and the date it is needed.
