Overview
What this template supports
A member account handoff record for an incoming account owner and the membership director. It lists the seven commitments across 14 employer accounts with owners and dates, the account history for each employer, the two commitments without an owner and the three questions repeated in the first week. It embeds a live Kanban board of handoff commitments with sample records, plus live example Dashboards blocks.

- Handover checklist and new owner row
How to use this template
-
List the commitments
Record each commitment with its employer, source, due date and a named owner before the outgoing owner's last day.
-
Rebuild the account history
Write the approved history and next dates for each account from the records, and ask each employer contact to confirm it.
-
Assign unowned items
Have the membership director assign every commitment without an owner and enter the name on the record.
Frequently asked questions
When is a handed-off commitment kept?
When the employer confirms it, not when staff finish their part.
Can this page be shared with an employer?
No. It holds commitments for several employers and the notes behind them, so it stays inside the association.
What does Member account handoff record help me do?
Pass every commitment, open question and account history to the new owner with a name on each, so members do not repeat themselves.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Incoming association account owner and the membership director; prepared by the outgoing staff member. The membership director reviews it.
When is the handoff accepted?
When both the outgoing and incoming owners have confirmed the record and every commitment shows a named owner. The membership director names the incoming owner for each account and never guesses one; until both owners confirm, the record shows Not confirmed and keeps being refreshed.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The embedded Group membership, member request and sponsor record view and the live Dashboards blocks are separate items that need FuseBase sign-in and workspace access, so a visitor without access does not see their live records.
