How to use this template
-
List the leases ending in the window

-
Add the notice and rent facts

-
Assign the calls
Give each resident with no answer a call date and an owner, and report the outcomes to the director by the deadline.
Frequently asked questions
Does the tracker name residents?
No. It lists the building and apartment only; the lease record holds the resident names.
What if the owner has not approved the renewal rent?
No offer goes out for that building. The page shows the rent as Needs review with the owner decision and its date.
What does Lease renewal readiness tracker help me do?
Track every lease ending in the next two months from the 60-day notice to a signed renewal, and call the residents who have not answered.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Leasing manager and the property manager. The property manager reviews it.
Is this page shared with the client?
No. It is an internal page kept by the leasing manager. Used inside the firm only, after the counts match the lease record and every open lease has a call date and an owner.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
