What this template supports
An interview record a staffing agency shares with a client's interview panels. It holds one tab per interview with the role, panel, candidate summary and scores, the five agreed criteria, a callout for the interview with no scored feedback and a checklist of what must happen before any next step. Live Dashboards blocks show the feedback gap and the median client answer time by role.
- One tab per interview with role and panel
- Five agreed criteria table with a scoring scale
- Star ratings for each scored interview
- Missing scored feedback callout with owner and date
- Checklist before any next step
- Quote from the panel lead
How to use this template
-
Agree the criteria and the scale
Write the five criteria and the 1 to 5 scale with the client panel before the first interview is booked.
-
Send the brief one business day ahead
Give each panel the role, the criteria and a candidate summary without contact details, and note the date it was sent.
-
Record scores within 24 hours
Enter a score and one line of evidence for each criterion, and flag any interview with no scores to the panel lead with a date.
Frequently asked questions
Why is a chat message not accepted as feedback?
It carries no score or evidence, so it cannot be compared with the other interviews. The record needs a score on each agreed criterion.
Who decides the next step?
The recruiter reads the feedback and flags gaps. The client hiring manager makes the hiring decision.
What does Interview brief and feedback record help me do?
Brief each interview panel a day ahead, score every candidate against the same five criteria, and see which interviews still have no recorded feedback.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Client interview panel and the senior recruiter. The client head of platform engineering reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Shared only after every brief has a sent date and every interview without scores has a named owner and a date.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
