What this template supports

An internal facilitator brief for one training session. Live Dashboards blocks show learners by cohort and the approval gates with sample data.

  • Session definition list and participants stats row
  • Support needs table by initials only
  • Held-scenario warning callout and collapsible scenario text
  • Timed running order steps
  • Live cohorts and approval gates from the Dashboards app
  • Facilitator checklist with owners and dates

How to use this template

  • Fill the session details and participants

Enter the module, cohort, date, facilitators and the learner count from the learner record, then list open support needs by initials only.

  • List the approved material and hold what is out of date

Mark each scenario approved or on hold, give the reason and the plan to replace a held one, and put the approved text in the collapsible box.

  • Set the running order and the checklist

Time each part of the session with an owner, then list what each facilitator must finish before the session with a date.

Frequently asked questions

Why are support needs listed by initials?

The brief is internal and facilitators need the need and the hotel context, not the name. The full name stays in the learner record.

What happens to a scenario that is out of date?

It is held, removed from the learner pack and replaced only after the client sends the current process and approves the new text.

What does Facilitator session brief help me do?

Give the facilitators one brief per session with the cohort, the open support needs by initials and the client-approved material, including any scenario on hold.

Who reads and maintains this page?

Lead facilitator and co-facilitator. The lead facilitator reviews it.

Is this page shared with the client?

No. It is an internal page kept by the program operations director. Used only inside the provider; every scenario in the learner pack is approved and every support need is listed by initials.

What do visitors see in the public link?

The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
