Overview
What this template supports
A completion and certificate review for a finished training cohort. It states the completion rule, groups learners by what the evidence shows, names each gap with its owner and date, and sets out the options for learners who fall short on attendance. Live Dashboards blocks show the cohort against the rule and the path from enrollment to certificates with sample data.
- Completion rule definition list
- Live cohort waffle and enrollment-to-certificates waterfall from the Dashboards app
- Evidence table for each learner group
- Sign-off waiting warning callout
- Attendance-case options in tabs
- Progress bars for each requirement
How to use this template
-
Write down the approved completion rule
List the attendance, assignment and sign-off requirements and the date the client approved them, before you look at any learner.
-
Group learners by what the evidence shows
Count learners who meet the rule, learners missing only a sign-off and learners short on attendance, and cite the evidence for each group.
-
Name each gap, owner and date
For every learner who does not meet the rule, record the gap, who can close it, the date, and the options for the instructors and the client to decide.
Frequently asked questions
Why are certificates held for learners who met attendance and assignments?
The rule also needs a manager sign-off. A certificate is issued when all three pieces of evidence are on the record.
Who decides the attendance cases?
The qualified instructor decides completion, and the client head of learning agrees the option for the client's learners. The decision and its reason are recorded.
What does Completion and certificate review help me do?
Decide each completion against the agreed rule with the evidence it rests on, and name the gaps instead of issuing certificates early.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Program operations director and the client head of learning. The client head of learning reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Shared only after every decision cites its evidence and every gap has an owner and a date.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The live Dashboards blocks are a separate app that needs FuseBase sign-in, so a visitor without access does not see their live figures.
