Frequently asked questions
What is a booking exception?
A booking that was moved or cancelled because a nonclinical prerequisite, such as a form or a plan response, was unresolved.
Who decides to keep, move or cancel a booking?
Scheduling desk staff decide, and decide which options may be offered. No booking is chosen on clinical grounds.
What does Booking exception desk routing help me do?
A routing page that gets each nonclinical booking exception to the desk with its reason and the freed slot in time to offer it again, with the unused slots counted.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Alderpoint scheduling desk and location coordinators; prepared by the scheduling desk lead. The director of operations reviews it.
Is this page shared with the client?
No. It is an internal page kept by the scheduling desk lead. Used inside the firm only, after every open exception shows a reason, an owner and a next action.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The embedded Intake holds, authorization queue and booking exceptions view and the live Dashboards blocks are separate items that need FuseBase sign-in and workspace access, so a visitor without access does not see their live records.
