Overview
What this template supports
An internal weekly review for an agency's account and delivery leads. It embeds a view of blocked and urgent deliverables from the delivery database, then records an escalation decision table with owners and dates, the escalation path, the people who own each escalation, a close-out checklist and the decisions from the review, with a status block from the Dashboards app. A blocker that survives two reviews brings a plan B instead of another reminder.
- Embedded blocked and at-risk database view
- Escalation decision table with owners and dates
- Escalation path diagram
- Escalation owners
- Resolution checklist per blocker
- Rule for changing the plan
- Decisions from the review
