Keep an item open until the custodian's requirement is satisfied, and name the people who must sign each form.
-
Set the target dates and filter the view
Add the target dates for the account to open and the transfer to start, then switch the embedded view to the household you share with.
Frequently asked questions
Why do both trustees have to sign?
The custodian will not open the trust account without a trust certification signed by both trustees. Quillfield checks each signature line before submitting the form.
Does the checklist recommend how to hold or fund an account?
No. It lists what the custodian requires and who holds each item. It contains no investment, tax or legal advice.
What does Account opening and transfer checklist help me do?
List what the custodian requires to open an account and start a transfer, in plain terms, with who holds each item and the dates that matter.
Who reads and maintains this page?
Household trustees and the client service director. The lead adviser reviews it.
When is the page ready to share with the client?
Shared with the trustees only after the embedded view is filtered to their household and every requirement shows its holder and status.
What do visitors see in the public link?
The public link opens the full page without sign-in. The embedded Household review readiness tracker view and the live Dashboards blocks are separate items that need FuseBase sign-in and workspace access, so a visitor without access does not see their live records.
