Background

As the customer success lead, my primary role is to keep clients happy. However, that became difficult as we onboarded more clients.

Each day began with a full inbox. Clients wanted updates, timelines, or the latest report. I would scroll through long threads trying to remember where I shared something. Half the time, it was buried somewhere in Slack or Drive.

Solution

We set up a FuseBase portal for one of our main clients to test it out. Inside, we added project timelines, notes, and all shared files. We also embedded forms for feedback and included short Loom videos explaining updates.

It was easy to customize, so we added our logo and colours. When the client logged in they thought we created this tool.
