We used to spend hours chasing feedback and files. Now that everything is in one shared space, projects move faster and our clients feel more connected.
I’m in charge of customer experience at a growing agency. We handle several client accounts at once, and our biggest problem was communication.
Everything was scattered. Files were stored in Google Drive, internal feedback came through Slack, and client approvals happened over email. Everyone did their best but it was just too easy to lose track of things.
