The Marketing Brief Template is a form the client fills in with their wishes about a marketing campaign. They describe their product, how they see the campaign visually and textually, the promotion tools they want to use, and the goals they hope to accomplish.
How to use:
- The project’s basics
Offer to start filling out with project and company names, delivery date and work acceptance person. - Client Background
This includes a brief description of the client’s business: what it produces and how it has succeeded.
There’s also a table containing links to the company’s website, accounts on social media and review sites, and other platforms that may be helpful.
Next, the client should fill in the Mission and Values fields to get a better idea of the project goal: why their company exists and how it hopes to improve clients’ lives. - Project Overview
Put all client wishes you can fulfill in this table.
The customer should determine the priority of proposed options with additional comments, where necessary. - Signals and Measures
In the table pillars, ask the client to record the marketing campaign goals.
The 1st row should include a sign that, in the client’s opinion, indicates goal progress.
In the 2nd row, your client identifies the exact metrics to evaluate the work quality.
The 3rd row should state why the client has formulated these goals for the campaign. - Purpose of the Project
