Form dashboard – all responses in one place

As you know, in Fusebase portals you can create forms, and your clients can fill them out. But what if there are many portals, many forms, and also many clients? Opening each portal and checking the responses separately is very inconvenient. And it is precisely for such cases that we have added to our CRM the ability to aggregate all form responses in one place.

Go to Forms to see the list of all forms you have created in the portals.

Here you will see a list of forms, the portals in which they were created, the number of responses, etc. You can also create additional columns if you wish, for example for comments, notes, etc.

Click on the desired form. Next, you can choose what to do: view the responses or go to edit the form.

Let’s click on Response and look at the form responses. Here you will see: the email of the client who filled out the form, the response date, and the responses to the form.
